Sourced in Sweden: Scandinavian Vintage Homeware & Decorative Objects
Authentic Swedish vintage decor, handcrafted pieces and Scandinavian interiors
Sourcing in Sweden is such an important part of how I curate Fynd. I spend time finding traditional Scandinavian homeware like candlesticks, tealight holders, candle sconces and beautifully made objects in brass, glass, ceramic, pewter and woodcraft. Many of these pieces are hand crafted, with a simplicity and quality that feels timeless.
You’ll find oil paintings of Swedish landscapes, framed embroideries and children’s book prints, along with practical but beautiful details like match pots, toothpick holders, napkin holders and bookends. I also source bowls, vases and pots, copper moulds and decorative wall tiles, including pieces by JIE Gantofta and Gabriel of Sweden. I’m particularly drawn to chunky, statement art glass candle holders, bowls and bookends by makers like Kosta Boda, Iittala, Pukeberg and Orrefors. These pieces have a weight and presence that make them feel sculptural while still being functional.
While Sweden is at the heart of this collection, I have also included pieces from Denmark, Finland and Norway, creating a broader Scandinavian feel. These are objects that bring warmth, texture and a sense of calm into the home - layered, useful and beautifully made.
