Refund policy

We offer a 14 day return policy from date of receipt. Your order will be fully refunded (excluding any shipping cost) as long as it is returned in its original condition within 14 days. You must notify us of your intent to return by emailing us at info@fyndhomeware.com. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. Once we have safely received your return, we will notify you and credit your account within 14 days, excluding the original cost of delivery.

Please note that all Fynd Homewares are vintage or antique pieces and will not be in perfect condition. We provide a condition report in the product listing, so please look through all photographs and read the item description carefully before purchasing. We are also happy to answer any questions you may have so that you can feel confident in your purchase.
